Race Day Registration and Race Kit Pick up: 5:00pm to 6:45pm. For Race Day Registration we accept Cash or Cheque ONLY At close of kit pick up.

Awards Ceremony: The awards ceremony will take place at approximately 8:00pm.

Please be there to pick up your award or have someone else pick it up for you. Awards will not be mailed out.

5k Awards: 1, 2, 3 overall top master and 3 deep in 5 yr age groups from 14 and under to 75+

Sub 20 Club: Runners who run under 20 minutes will receive a custom made medal to recognize their accomplishment.

 

Race Fees (HST not included):

  • Online registration will close on July 21st at midnight. No Refunds.
  • Race Roster processing fee extra
  • Tee Shirt cut off date: registered by and including July 6th, 2023
  • All those who registered before the t-shirt cut off date are guaranteed a t-shirt.  We will do our very best to try to accommodate the size you need.
  • All runners receive a finishers medal!!!

June 1st  to June 30th                                       5K – $60 + HST
July 1st  to July 20th                                           5K – $65 + HST
Race Day                                                             5K –  $70 + HST

 

  • All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Entry fee does not include processing fees.
  • HST will be added at time of processing.
